I live with my son in a two bed 1 bath apt. I have come up with some ways to cope but I’m sure there are more ideas out there I haven’t thought of.

I use the space under my furniture for storage. You can even buy risers to lift up your sofa for instance creating some space under it where you had none before.
I use over-the-door racks a lot, My shoes are in one and in the pantry I hang up my lunch box. In my son’s room a rack holds all his parade beads, etc.
I have a sturdy bucket in my room and some toilet paper just in case. The bucket serves as mop bucket on cleaning day, a wastebasket most of the time, and a toilet on occasion when I’m desperate and my son is in the bathroom. One item – 3 uses.
Use space in unusual ways — like the little cupboards over the fridge. I don’t need that space for dishes and it’s too hard to access for any item I use a lot, so I store winter blankets up there during the summer, etc.
Still have no room for some of your containers? Pile them in one corner and throw a sheet or blanket over. It will look more like furniture and less like junk.

i want to get one of the under the bed shoe storage units that are being advertised on TV, but when i went to place my order, it seemed as if they only ship to the United States. Does anyone know where to order them that will ship in Canada? Or why my local tv station would advertise them if they only ship to the US? Thanks in advance!
